What is happening with new workplace deals:
- 100% remove one previously protected condition.
- 84% provide hourly wage rates higher than the legal award minimum.
- 78% provide for a wage increase during the term of the agreement.
- 64% remove leave loadings.
- 63% remove penalty rates.
- 52% remove shift loadings.
- 16% remove all previously protected award conditions.
